Waking up Early

This will allow you to get a head start on your day. You will notice your days feeling longer and richer. Waking up early allows more time for you to get stuff done.

Staying Organized

Its critical to know where and when things are going to happen in your life. Maybe not every detail I’m not saying you need to be a control freak, but its definitely important to have due dates in line.

Self-discipline

In adult world no one is there to tell you how things are going to go. Thats why its important to know and act towards the way you want them to go. If you want to be healthy but stop by a drive-through every day, well no one is going to stop you until you stop yourself. Learning self-discipline will be one of the most challenging yet beneficial habits you can obtain.

Reading

The most successful people known are avid readers. Reading is a way to expand your vocabulary, imagination and over-all knowledge.

Time management

Time is the most important yet scares resource to us. Thats why its necessary to manage it wisely and avoid wasting it.  I know this is hard not to do when our phones live at the palm of our hands with distractions such as intragram, pinterest, and you-tube. But taking a step back from the urge to check on these things will give you additional time you didn’t even know you had

Sleep

Prioritizing sleep is a must if you want to fully re-charge for the next day. Otherwise, you’ll be in this continuous rut of feeling sluggish and wary.

Exercise

Exercise has so many benefits not only on physical health and our bodies, but for the brain as well. Exercising is proven to promote more energy and improving the quality of sleep we get.

Mediate

We all need to clear our heads from time to time. Take a step back from our chaotic lives and re-gain our balance. This is why mediating is so essential. Yet only a selective few exercise this habit.
