Time is the most important yet scares resource to us. Thats why its necessary to manage it wisely and avoid wasting it. I know this is hard not to do when our phones live at the palm of our hands with distractions such as intragram, pinterest, and you-tube. Exercise has so many benefits not only on physical health and our bodies, but for the brain as well. Exercising is proven to promote more energy and improving the quality of sleep we get.
